We had a great time going to find the perfect rock on Friday. On the way we saw a tree with hundred's of monarch butterflies on its branches. Don't forget, we do not have school on Wednesday. The teachers will be having an inservice in Lake City that day. Ms. T arrived today. She has tall teeth. Ask your child to tell you some words that start with T!

We have been having fun at center time. I took some of these pictures last week and some this week. We had a praying mantis in our room today. He was very hungry and he ate two crickets and a moth. We are in need of a garden spider. We would like one for our science center. Thanks!

I hope everyone is having a good week. It is a little warm at school today, but the kids are handling it well! We followed our schedule for the first time today and did a great job. It will be nice to get into a routine. Mr. M arrived today. He has a munching mouth, which is his prove it. I am sending a letter home about him today. I am hoping to get some pictures loaded later in the week, so keep checking back! Mrs. Nicholson

Letterlight E arrived this week. She has exercise energy. We will all try to wear exercise clothes on Thursday! On Friday we are going to have a school wide hawaiian day. If your child does not have anything hawaiian they can wear some bright colors. We are trying to combat the winter blues! Mrs. Nicholson

We had a fun couple of days. Yesterday we celebrated our 100th day of school. We did some counting, had a 100's day snack, read some hundred's day books and we made pictures of what we would look like when we are 100 years old.

Today we made a friendship rainbow. It was a little messy but a lot of fun. I still have a few kids without paint shirts. Please send one if you havn't already.
